There are a few reasons you might not be receiving your emails from Shipt, but there are some steps you can take to help ensure these emails show up in your inbox.
- Email providers have several reasons they may block that using soft and hard bounces. To avoid this, add t.shipt.com and e.shipt.com as a safe sender OR update your email address to a different email provider.
- Have you unsubscribed from transactional emails? Give us a call or chat to resubscribe.
- Messaging between customers and independent contractors is different. You would have to unsubscribe from both types of messages.
- Be sure to mark emails from Shipt as not spam on all major email platforms.
- Add Shipt email addresses to your contacts.
- If you continue having trouble receiving emails from Shipt with a specific email address, consider using a different one for Shipt emails.
